Applicant cannot speak/write English: When applying for Citizenship and it is denied!
All applicants are required to speak, understand and write in the English Language.to become US CITIZENS
Exceptions: If the applicant is 50 years old plus, and has had a permanent residence at least 20 years, or if that applicant is 55 years old plus, and has lived 15 years in this country, and they cant speak or write or understand english, the applicants may have the examination performed in their native language. This applicant can apply for a WAIVER, if he or she is unable to learn English due to a medical condition.
Clinica San Miguel prepares WAIVER letter for INS, based on the following:
The patient must be regular patient for the last five years at Clinica San Miguel in order for the physician to go through their medical records and determine their medical condition. The cost to prepare this report is $250.00 approximately.
